Slaying the Yak Dragon

Ben Tedrick is at it again, only this time he’s got a low lake and a lot of wind to contend with while searching for Yegua Creek bass. Whether that means dragging your kayak a mile over the soft shallows of Lake Somerville or paddling against 25 miles per hour head winds, it’s the stuff tough men are made of and almost a rite of passage as far as Tedrick is concerned. Says the prolific blogger, “I should know better as a ’50-something,’  but sometimes a man has to do what a man has to do for no other reason then to just do it.”
